Valley Crisis Center is excited to announce our new web chat! We will be using this chat during the Coronavirus shutdown to give clients easier access to services. You can use this chat on a computer or your phone through the web browser App. This online chat will be available Tuesday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
When using this chat, please be sure that you are in a safe location, as our staff will ask questions to ensure that you are our client prior to giving info about your case, and if you are in an emergency, please be sure to call 911, you do not need phone service to do so. You can remain anonymous when using the chat as well. You can also use our 24-Hour Crisis Line if you would like to speak to someone instead.
If the person who hurt you lives in your home or can use your phone, be sure to delete any web pages that you visit so you can stay safe. Check our internet safety page for info on how to clear it. We suggest using Private Browsing to use our web page so your browser does not save the info on what web pages you looked at. Look here to see how to use it.
