Valley Crisis Center aims to provide services to the members of our community through various referrals. This form is for agencies within our community to use when referring people to us for services. By completing this form, you give us the basic information we need to help clients referred to our program.
We ask that you please be mindful of who you refer to our agency as we can only provide services to people affected by intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. If you are referring a client to us, for the safety of the client please make a note that their phone number is safe to call.

Valley Crisis Center and our associated programs seek to prevent domestic and sexual violence by advocating for positive changes in the societal systems that may lead to oppression, fostering a better understanding of domestic and sexual violence through community education, and providing culturally relevant direct services that empower victims of abuse and their children.
